Current Role and Experience:

Lovejay currently serves as an Internal Project Manager/Designer & Estimator with TCS Construction, managing construction projects across the GTA. Previously, he was a Shotcrete Project Coordinator/Engineer with CONSOLIDATED SHOTCRETE INC. (Verdi Alliance Shotcrete Division) in Toronto from Dec 2020 to Aug 2021. He has worked on major projects in the GTA with companies like Crosslinx, Ledcore, Reliance Construction, Black & McDonald, Skygrid Construction, Edgefield Construction, Menkes, Minto, Lanterra Developments, Prodigy, Deltera, SRD Dilworth, I & I Construction, Kone Elevators, Maple Reinders, Modern Niagara, Multiplex Construction, OSC Construction, Rapid Construction, Ross & Anglin, Ross Clair Contractors, Tridel, Tucker Hirise, Venture Construction, Verdi Alliance, Western Mechanical, and Smith & Long.

Additional Experience and Skills:

Lovejay also has over three years of experience as a construction project coordinator/structural engineer for a scaffolding company. Additionally, he has managed projects as an engineer for a boiler company and as a project coordinator for a pharmaceutical company. He is self-motivated, responsible, and adept at taking new initiatives and making quick decisions. His leadership skills, honed in military camps and officer training, enable him to work effectively both as a leader and a subordinate. His educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management, with experience in an engineering firm and three years on North America’s largest project, the Toronto Eglinton Subway line.
